This machine is special equipment designed for bottom glue injection of shuttlecocks.
Adopting electromechanical integrated design, it features simple operation, easy maintenance and high production efficiency. Shuttlecocks after glue injection have even and sufficient glue at the feather roots, meeting the production standards of mid-to-high grade shuttlecocks.
The glue content can be adjusted by controlling the glue output of the glue gun or setting the glue injection time. One working cycle (glue injection time adjustable from 2 to 4 seconds) can produce 2 shuttlecocks.
